Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is damaged during delivery.
- Wrong product has been delivered.
- Product is defective.
- Product is unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened cleaning chemicals
- Used products
- Custom or bulk-order products
- Products damaged due to improper handling
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days.
- Share your Order ID and product images.
- Our team will verify the request.
- Pickup will be arranged if applicable.
Refunds
After inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Replacement
If a product is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
